1. The breads are baked using 100 per cent wholemeal flour . 2. Sarehole Mill produces wholemeal flour which is sold in the mill shop. 3. The windmill is open every Saturday and sells wholemeal flour and souvenirs. 4. Hovis specialises in high wheatgerm wholemeal flour , the bread being baked independently. 5. She produces stoneground wholemeal flour on an occasional basis. 6. A spoonful of wholemeal flour or oatmeal in the water assists the purging process. 7. The present mill, built in 1793, is producing stone ground wholemeal flour in the traditional way. 8. Traditional methods and original machinery powered by the River Till are used to grind locally grown wheat into wholemeal flour . 9. It is the last working English windmill north of the Humber, producing stoneground wholemeal flour from locally grown wheat. 10. Following restoration, it operated again for a short while as a working mill for the creation of wholemeal flour for Lifeforce Foods.
